Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires up to 6 additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Haigney manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Dr. Haigney practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from cosmetic facial surgery, facial reconstruction, obstructive sleep apnea, head & neck tumor removal, corrective jaw surgery and wisdom tooth removal.
Dr. Haigney is double board certified. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology, as well as a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
